![]() The fridge did not have any controls and all of our beverages froze. The second room the shower did not drain so who knows what you are standing in. The TV did not work in one room and there was no soap dispenser in the bathroom as well. We had a view of the side of the hotel with the rooftops of a few buildings and some HVAC units. I paid for rooms with a view of the strip. We now have to wait for human help, which by the way is helping another group at the desk that arrived after us. ![]() So much for making things simpler by eliminating humans at the front desk. I check in and agree to pay the additional fee but the other couple in our party cannot check in because the system cannot handle the transaction of them using their credit card for the room. Next you are directed to a kiosk to check in. This is how you welcome your guests that have been traveling all day. I can see if the rooms were not ready, but they were. We had to pay an additional $17 to check in early. After a total of 9 plus hours of travel time we arrived at the hotel around 2pm. I had booked 2 rooms and four of us flew in from NY to celebrate a 50th birthday. The location is pretty central to the strip. ![]() I have never stayed at a worse property in all of my travels through 16 different countries. ![]() I am not surprised to see that there are no comments from management on all of the bad reviews. ![]()
